Cengiz Deniz was born in 1984 in Çermik in Turkey.

After the secondary school, He had studied on Electrical Science at Çermik Industrial Vocational High School for 4 years before the university education. Then, studied on Electrical Science from 2002 to 2007 at Kocaeli University and received his B.Sc. degree in 2007. 

He received MBA degree in 2009 and M.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kocaeli University in 2011. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Electronics and Communication Engineering department at Kocaeli University.

He has been working for Ford Otosan Co. since 2007, in City Kocaeli in Turkey.
