Cengiz Deniz was born in 1984 in Çermik which is one of the town of Diyarbakır City where located in South-East of Turkey. He lived in Artuk Village until the end of the 1994. And, completed his pre-school education in this area. He moved to Çermik town due to his Secondary School education in 1994.

After the secondary school, He had studied on Electrical Science at Çermik Technical High School for 4 years before the university education. Between 2001 and 2002 he has been at İTÜ (Electrical Department-DMYO). Also, studied on Electrical Science from 2002 to 2007 at Kocaeli University and took his B'Sc. degree in 2007.

He studied MBA at Kocaeli Üni. from 2007 to 2009. Now, He is studing M.Sc. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Kocaeli University. Also, He has been working for Ford OTOSAN since 2007.
